摘　　要：在政府财政拨款有限的情况下,如何多方面筹集办学资金成为高校发展急需思考和解决的问题,吸引社会捐赠无疑是一重要的来源。宁波地处经济发展地区,在这方面具有一定的地缘优势,也存在着一些问题。本文以宁波市高校为例,通过调研宁波高校接受社会捐赠的现状,分析面临的挑战,从而提出相关建议和措施。As the government funding is limited, to raise operational funds in the multi -faceted ways so as to develop the institutions of higher learning entails further cerebration and solution. Donations from all walks of life are, without doubt, a major source. Ningbo, famous for its economic development, boasts the geographical advantages, yet there still exist problems in this light. The paper, based on the universities in Ningbo and the present situation of social donations, analyzes the challenges and puts forward suggestions and measures as well.
