摘 要:目的:比较分析辽宁碱蓬(Suaeda liaotungensis Kitag)红、绿两种表型植株的生长量及营养含量,为盐地生态修复及其作物化栽培、选种和育种提供理论依据。方法:调查了辽宁碱蓬两种表型植株的物候期及生长量,采用原子光谱法、分光光度法及液相色谱法等,测定了辽宁碱蓬两种表型植株的多项营养指标。结果:辽宁碱蓬绿色表型植株比红色的生长量大,二者比较差异显著。辽宁碱蓬绿色表型植株的粗蛋白、粗纤维、总糖和叶绿素a含量比红色表型植株的分别高出185%、94%、104%和470%,锰、镁、锌和铁含量分别高出19%、47%、20%和13%。而红色表型植株的粗脂肪比绿色表型植株的高出23%,铜、镍和铬的含量高出7%、115%和28%。比较上述营养指标,二者差异均显著;绿色表型植株的大部分氨基酸含量(蛋氨酸和色氨酸除外)、氨基酸总量及必需氨基酸含量均显著地高于红色表型植株的含量。结论:辽宁碱蓬绿色表型植株比红色表型植株生长量大且营养含量高。Objective:Comparing and analysing the plant growth and nutrition composition between two phenotypes of red and green Suaeda liaotungensis, in order to offer theory basis for salt ecological restoration and cultivation, breeding and selection of crops, Method: Surveying the phenophase and mass growth of the red and green phenotypes of Suaeda liaotungensis. Determining multiple nutrient index of the red and green phenotypes of Suaeda liaotungensis with the atomic spectrometry, spectrophotometry and liquid chromatography. Results:The green Suaeda liaotungensis has higher growth than the red phenotype, and differences are significant. The protein, crude fiber, total sugar content and chlorophyll -a of the green Suaeda liaotungensis phenotype plants were 185%, 94% , 104% ,97%, respectively, which were higher than the red phenotype ones, and the contents of magnesium, manganese and iron, zinc of the green phenotype were 19%, 47%, 13% and 20% higher than the red one. But the content of crude fat in the red phenotype was 23% higher than that in the green one, and the contents of copper, nickel and chromium in the red plants were 7%, 115% and 28% higher than that in the green one respectively. All of the above results differed significantly. Determination results of amino acid composition and content showed that amino acids ( except methionine and tryptophan) content, amino acids total content and content of essential amino acids were significantly higher in green phenotype than that in the red one. Conclusion:The green Suaeda liaotungensis has higher growth and nutrient content than the red phenotype.
