摘 要:采用比色法测定玉米灰斑病菌06-09菌株与不同抗性玉米品种互作3代后再分离菌胞内和胞外纤维素酶(C1和Cx)活性的变化。结果表明,互作当代再分离菌纤维素酶活性的变化均与寄主的抗感性无密切关系;与对照06-09原菌株比较,互作第2代和第3代再分离菌的胞外C1和Cx酶活性均升高;对于同一互作品种,互作第2代和第3代的酶活性明显高于第1代,第2代酶活性最高,说明病菌与同一寄主互作后,其致病性增强,但随着互作代数的继续增加,致病性将逐渐降低。The chromometry and Ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer were used to detect the changes of cellulose(C1 and Cx) activities after interaction between Cercospora zeae-maydis and different maize varieties. The results showed that the changes of cellulose activities from isolates were not involved with host resistance in every interaction. The extraeellular cellulose activities of isolates after second and third interactions were high in comparison with contrast strain 06-09. The cellulose activities after second and third interactions were higher than after first interaction to same maize varieties. There into the cellulose activities after second interaction were the highest. This indicated that pathogenicity of C. zeae-rnaydis heightened after interaction between it and same maize varieties. However, its pathogenicity will gradually reduce as interaction times increases.
