摘　　要：针刺补泻是针灸治病的基本法则,其原则是"虚则补之,实则泻之",常用手法包括提插补泻、捻转补泻、徐疾补泻、开阖补泻、迎随补泻、呼吸补泻、平补平泻、烧山火和透天凉等。针刺补泻的机理不是直接补人体之不足,或泻人体之有余,而是通过不同的针刺方法,间接的经过经络的调整作用,产生补虚泻实的效果,从而达到防病治病的目的。Acupuncture supplementation and draining therapy is the basic therapeutic principle of acupuncture and treatment,the principle is reinforcement for deficiency syndrome and reduction for excess syndrome.The common manipulations include lifting-thrusting method,twirling method,quick-slow method,open-closed method,directional method,respiratory method,neutral method,mountain-burning fire method and heaven-penetrating cooling method.The mechanism of acupuncture supplementation and draining therapy is not directly to supplement the deficiency or drain the excess of human body,but to use different methods of acupuncture through the indirect adjustment of meridian,so as to achieve the purposes of prevention and treatment of disease.
