摘 要:混合动力的多种工作模式给传动系统的机械性能带来新的考验,通过研究基于ISG电机的混合动力控制策略,确定汽车在标准工况下各动力源输出扭矩的变化历程,为传动系部件设计校核提供参考载荷谱。以发动机扭矩输出花键轴为研究对象进行疲劳性能分析。首先通过试验测得ECE+EUDC标准工况下发动机扭矩载荷谱,然后根据单位扭矩载荷的应力应变响应合成疲劳寿命分析的损伤载荷谱,利用Brown-Miller损伤模型进行疲劳寿命分析,分析结果表明该花键轴满足疲劳性要求.Multi-operating modes of hybrid electric vehicle ( HEV )bring new challenge to the me- chanical performance of vehicle powertrain.By studying the control strategy of HEV based on ISG motor, the change process of output torque of power sources is decided under standard working condition of the vehicle,which provide load spectrum for design and check of powertrain parts.Fatigue life of a spline axle connected with engine crankshaft for torque output is analyzed as an example in the paper.Firstly,load spectrum of engine torque is measured under the standard driving cycle of ECE+EUDC through the experi- ment.Then the damage load spectrum for fatigue analysis is combined on the basis of the stress and strain response of unit torque.Brown-Miller model of fatigue prediction is applied to analyze the fatigue life ,which results indicate the spline axle can reach the requirement for fatigue life.
