摘  要:A/C轴双摆角铣头是中、大规格五轴联动加工中心的关键功能部件。分析了A/C轴双摆角铣头的误差构成,包括两个定位误差、三个尺寸误差与三个角度误差,分析了三个尺寸误差与三个角度误差的检测手段与补偿方法,针对两个定位误差采用Renishaw激光干涉仪并配以RX10回转基准分度器的方法进行检测,介绍了Renishaw回转轴测量系统的工作原理,并详细说明了利用该系统进行A轴与C轴定位误差检测的方法。A/C axes bi-rotary milling head is one of the most important functional components of mid- dle and large dimensional five-azis machining centers.The errors of A/C axes bi-rotary milling head are studied including two positioning errors,three dimensional errors and three angular errors.Then detection and compensation of three dimensional errors and three angular errors are studied as well.A nd two positioning errors of A/C axes bi-rotary milling head are measured by using Renishaw laser interferometer and tested by RX10 Reference rotary indexer,at the same time the working principle of Resishaw rotor measuring system is introduced,in which detection methods for A axis and C axis positioning errors are ilhLminated in detail.
