摘 要:针对目前甘蔗收获机械中存在切割甘蔗产生的破头率较高、损失率较大等主要问题,以破头率为试验指标,以甘蔗切割器上关键零件刀片为研究对象,建立三种形状(矩形、梯形、弯形)刀片参数的单圆盘切割器仿真模型,采用运动学仿真试验的研究方法,对切割器及刀片的形状结构、工作参数进行比较分析,探讨相关参数与破头率的关系,并对参数进行优化,优化结果表明:弯形刀片的切割器结构比矩形和梯形刀片的切割器效果好,因素最优组合为刀盘转速(619.727r/min)、机车前进速度(0.5m/s)、刀片数量(4片)、刀盘前倾角度(6°),切割甘蔗破头率为4.486%,达到实际工作所需要的理想效果。仿真分析结果为甘蔗切割器的设计提供参考依据。In view of the main problems of higher root broken rate and larger loss rate in cutting sugar- cane by sugarcane cutter,taking broken root rate as test indicator and key parts blade of the sugarcane cutter as the research object simulation models with parameters for three shape blactes (rectcmgle,trapezoid and curve )of single disc cutter were built.A nd then by applying kinematic experimental simulation method, comparative analysis was processed on shape structure and parameters of the blades,and the relationship between relevant parameters and broken root rate was discussed and optimized.Results showed that curved blade was better than trapezoidal blade and rectangular blade in cutting effect,and the optimized structure parameters were as follows:disk rotating speed was 619.727r/min,forward velocity was 0.5m/s,blade number was 4pieces and the blade forward tilt cutgle was 6,the broken root rate was 4.486% ,which reach the required effect for practice.The analysis results provides reference for the research and development of sugarcane cutter.
