摘　　要：针对柔性制造系统(Flexible Manufacturing System,FMS)故障诊断的特点,在对Web服务进行简要介绍的基础上,探讨了利用Web服务技术对柔性制造系统故障进行远程、协同诊断的可行性,提出了基于Web服务的FMS远程故障诊断系统的总体结构和系统功能。基于提出的系统总体结构,给出了基于Web服务技术构建的FMS远程故障诊断系统的体系结构和各个子系统的功能。之后,结合面向对象技术、Java技术和数据库技术,使用IBM公司的Ratioanl Application Developer v6.0开发工具,介绍了系统设计与实现。原型系统运行结果表明,该系统的总体结构设计合理,具有较好的故障远程协同诊断能力。Aiming at the characteristics of FMS fault diagnosis,it discussed the feasibility to utilize Web service technology to diagnose the faults of FMS remotely and cooperatively on the basis of introducing in brief Web Service technology,and brought forward the architectural structure and system function of Web Service based remote fault diagnosis system for FMSA ccording to the architectural structure ,the architecture and each subsystem function of remote fault diagnosis system for FMS based on Web service technology is giverLThen,combining with object oriented technology,Java technology and database technology, by adopting IBM Ratioanl Application Developer v6.0 as developing tool, the system design and realization was presented And the running of prototype system shows that the system architectural structure is reasonable with ability to diagnose the faults remotely and cooperatively.
