青少年错畸形正畸治疗后前伸及侧方接触特征初探

摘　　要：目的研究青少年错畸形患者正畸后前伸及侧方接触特征。方法选择16例经正畸治疗获得正常牙列形态的青少年错畸形患者作为病例组,17名性别、年龄与病例组匹配的正常健康人作为对照组,使用T-ScanⅡ咬合分析系统记录2组受试者前伸及侧方运动,并比较2组的分离时间。结果病例组前伸及侧方干扰发生率较高,干扰点多位于第二恒磨牙。病例组左侧方分离时间、右侧方分离时间及前伸分离时间分别为(1.504±0.681)、(1.532±0.913)、(1.358±0.791)s,对照组左侧方分离时间、右侧方分离时间及前伸分离时间分别为(0.470±0.059)、(0.483±0.045)、(0.482±0.047)s。病例组左侧方分离时间、右侧方分离时间及前伸分离时间均比对照组显著延长(P<0.01)。结论与正常健康人相比,青少年错畸形患者正畸后前伸及侧方运动分离时间显著延长。Objective To observe the occlusal contacts during protrusion and lateral movements in adolescent pa- tients after orthodontic treatment. Methods Sixteen adolescent patients who achieved normal dentition after orthodontic treatment were selected as experimental group and 17 healthy adolescents and young adults with normal occlusion were selected as control group. The occlusal contacts during protrusion and lateral movements in the two groups were recorded with T-Scan II system and compared. Results The prevalence of oeclusal interferences in the posterior segment in the experimental group was high and most of them were on the second molars. The value of disclusion time during left lateral movements, fight lateral movements and protrusion in the experimental group were （1.504±0.681）, （1.532±0.913）, （1.358±0.791） s. The value of disclusion time during left lateral movements, fight lateral movements and protrusion in the control group were （0.470~0.059）, （0.483±0.045）, （0.482±0.047） s. The results in the experimental group were sig- nificantly longer than those of control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Although the patients achieved normal dentition after orthodontic treatment, their diselusion time were longer than those in healthy adolescents and young adults with normal occlusion.
