摘　　要：建立了系统动力学模型,以对中小企业的进化过程及其进化影响因素进行研究,绘制了因果关系图,构建了流图模型,并运用Vensim PLE软件对模型进行了仿真。通过对仿真结果的分析,揭示了影响中小企业定向进化过程的重要影响因素,并提出了相关对策。A dynamic model has been established to disclose the process of evolution and its determinants for small and medium enterprises（SMEs）.Causality diagrams have been plotted,as well as the flow graph offered,and then the software Vensim PLE employed to simulate the process of evolution based on the models.According to the results of simulation,the significant determinants on SMES＇ directed evolution have been discovered,consequently some policies referred to the process of evolution have been proposed.
