摘 要:目的评价新型纳米复合材料对犬下颌牙槽骨缺损的修复效果。方法选用6只成年杂种犬,在双侧下颌前磨牙和第一磨牙颊侧手术制备3个5 mm×5 mm×5 mm大小的牙槽骨缺损,骨缺损区分别放入新型纳米复合材料与自体富血小板血浆混合物(A组)、新型纳米复合材料(B组),并以不放入任何材料为空白对照(C组)。根据大体观察、影像学和组织学观察对实验结果进行评价。结果术后2周,A、B、C 3组新骨形成不明显,三者无明显差异;术后4、12周,A、B两组新骨形成优于C组。结论新型纳米复合材料可以有效地促进犬下颌牙槽骨的再生,材料中加入自体富血小板血浆效果更加明显。Objective To evaluate the effect of new nano-eomposite materials on dogs mandibular alveolar bone defect. Methods 3 bone defects of 5 mm × 5 mm× 5 mm size were surgical prepared in 6 adult mongrel dogs in the mandibular premolar and first molar buccal. Bone defects were placed in new nano-composite materials and mixtures of autologous platelet-rich plasma ( A group), the new nano-eomposite material ( B group), and had no any material control (C group). Based on gross observation, radiographic and histological evaluation of experimental results. Results Three groups of new bone formation was not obvious for 2 weeks, no significant difference was found between the three groups; A, B groups of new bone formation was better than that in C group for 4, 12 weeks, in particular, new bone formation in 12 weeks. Conclusion New nano-composite materials can effectively promote the regeneration of canine mandibular alveolar bone, material with adding autologous platelet-rich plasma is more evident.
