摘 要:目的通过功能磁共振检测实物图和汉语词编码加工相关脑区,研究两者异同点,进一步探讨两者相对特异性脑机制。方法被试为12名健康成人,实验材料为汉语实义词和实物图,被试执行任务同时进行功能磁共振全脑扫描,利用SPM5软件对功能数据进行相关统计分析。结果汉语词相对特异性激活额岛叶大脑前部皮层,包括左侧额下回岛盖部和岛叶后部、双侧前额背外侧皮层、右侧额下回后部、额上回内侧皮层、右侧颞极外侧皮层和左侧尾状核。实物图相对特异性激活颞枕叶大脑后部皮层,包括双侧海马及海马旁回前部、顶后皮层、颞枕区皮层和右侧杏仁体。汉语词和实物图加工共同激活双侧前额背外侧皮层、前扣带回、前辅助运动皮层、顶叶皮层、双侧海马及海马旁回后部、右侧额下皮层和双侧颞枕区外侧皮层。结论汉语词和实物图编码加工共同涉及情景记忆和语义加工相关脑机制;汉语词更多涉及额岛叶大脑前部语言加工相关皮层,而实物图更多涉及颞枕叶大脑后部非语言性空间信息加工相关皮层。Objective To investigate the differences of processing of Chinese words and object pictures with functional MRI (fMRI) and to explore relative specific mechanisms between them. Methods 12 healthy adults were recruited as subjects. Experimental materials included Chinese words and object pictures, fMRI scans were performed and the data were analyzed with the SPM5 (statistical parametric mapping) software package. Results Chinese words relatively specifically activated frontal-insula brain regions involving left inferior frontal gyrus and insula lobe, bilateral dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, right inferior prefrontal cortex, medial superior frontal gyrus, right temporal polar and left caudate. While object pictures relatively activated posterior temporal-occipital cortex including bilateral hippocampus, posterior parietal cortex, temporal - occipital cortex and amygdale. Both commonly activated bilateral dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, right inferior frontal cortex, anterior cingulate gyms, pre-SMA, parietal lobe, bilateral hippoeampus/parahippocampus gyms and occipitotemporal region, while object picture tasks activated the same brain regions as the Chinese words, in addition to bilateral parahippocampus gyrus and occipitotemporal region. Conclusion The common mechanisms of processing of Chinese words and object pictures involved in the neural correlates underlying episodic memory and semantic process. Chinese words relatively specifically activated frontal-insula brain regions related to verbal processing, while object pictures more involving in pictures relatively activated posterior temporal-occipital cortex related to non-verbal spatial information processing.
