摘 要:该文在对牵引榴弹炮实际结构进行合理简化的基础上,运用有限元方法建立牵引榴弹炮整体三维有限元分析模型,全面分析了静态射击时考虑质量惯性力作用的最大工况下牵引榴弹炮整体结构应力、应变水平,及确定危险部位,计算出该火炮身管和弹性大架结构固有频率和振型。分析应用表明:该模型可有效地对牵引榴弹炮进行整体强度分析、刚度分析和动特性计算,为牵引榴弹炮的设计、动力学分析、产品定型及型号研究提供可靠的理论依据。Based on simplifying the structure of towed howitzer, the paper builds three dimension finite elements analysis model of whole towed howitzer by using finite elements method, completely analyses structure stress and strain of towed howitzer applied mass inertia force and finds out its dangerous points on the condition of static shooting maximum payload, calculates the frequencies and mode shapes of its tube and trial. It is illustrated that the model can effectively analyse the strength and rigidity of whole towed howitzer, provides the theoretic basis for the design, dynamic analysis, and finalizing the design of towed howitzer, and research of new products.
