摘　　要：对普通细胞培养室在建设和管理过程中,相关的仪器设备、运行管理和常见问题进行了探讨。分析了普通细胞培养室的功能区间分割、必备仪器配置、专职人员安排、规章制度约束和科学规范操作,以及普遍存在的主观思想上盲目模仿和随意建设的严重后果。为生物学相关的研究院所和高校建设发展提供参考。In the paper,the equipment,management and key issues in the construction and management of an ordinary cell culture laboratory were disscussed. Functional room separation, essential equipment configuration, regular staff appointment,rule restriction and operation standard, as well as subjective blind imitation and arbitrary construction were analyzed, providing references for the construction and development of biology-related institutes and colleges.
