国产与进口奥氮平治疗60例精神分裂症的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨国产奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的疗效及不良反应。方法:60例精神分裂症患者分为两组:国产奥氮平组30例,男性19例,女性11例,年龄(37±8)岁,给予国产奥氮平口服。进口奥氮平组30例,男性20例,女性10例,年龄(36±8)岁,给予进口奥氮平口服。两组开始剂量均为10 mg/d,以后视病情调整,平均(15±2.5)mg/d,分2次口服,共治疗6 w。采用阳性症状与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定临床疗效,同时采用不良反应症状量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果:国产奥氮平组的有效率达87%,与进口奥氮平组(90%)比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。国产奥氮平组的不良反应为嗜睡、体重增加,血糖、胆固醇及三酰甘油升高的发生率与进口奥氮平比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:国产奥氮平是一种安全、有效的治疗精神分裂症的药物。Objectlve：To explore domestic Olanzapine treat schizophrenia curative effect and adverse reaction. Methods：Sixty patients with schizophrenia patients are divided into two groups ： domestic Olanzapine group of 30 cases with men 19 cases and women 11 cases, age （37 ± 8） years old, give domestic Olanzapine oral. Import Olanzapine group of 30 cases with men 20 cases, women 10 cases, age （36 ±8） years old, give the imported Olanzapine oral. Two groups start dose for 10 mg/d,and depend on the disease to ad- just dose, an average of（ 15 ± 2.5 ） mg/d and points 2 times oral and treatment for 6 weeks. With the Positive And Negative Symptoms Scale （PANSS） assesses clinical curative effect, at the same time use the Treatment Emergent Side -Effect Scale（TESS） evaluates adverse reactions. Results： Domestic Olanzapine group the effective rate is 87%, and there are no significant differences with imported Olanzapine group （90%）. Domestic Olanzapine group of adverse reactions are drowsiness, gain weight. Blood sugar, cholesterol and triacylglycerol increasing compared to imported Olanzapine are no significant differences. Conclusions： Domestic Olanzapine is a safe and effective drug in the treatment for schizophrenia.
