食管癌组织中VEGF表达对患者预后的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨食管鳞状细胞癌组织中血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）的表达对肿瘤血管的促增殖作用和二者对肿瘤转移,患者预后的影响。方法应用免疫组织化学法,兔抗人第Ⅷ因子相关抗原抗体标记血管内皮细胞;抗VEGF多克隆抗体标记VEGF。结果食管鳞状细胞癌中VEGF表达为58.9％。正常食管组织中无表达;VEGF表达阳性的肿瘤血管密度［（59.43±14.11）个／mm2］明显高于阴性组［（46.67±10.27）个／mm2］;肿瘤血管密度,VEGF与食管癌的转移明显正相关（P＜0.05）,二者和癌症患者的术后生存时间明显相关（P＜0.01）。结论食管鳞状细胞癌组织中VEGF的表达和肿瘤血管密度可作为判断肿瘤患者预后不良的重要指标。Objective To investigated the correlations between the expression of VEGF, vessel density and the progression of esophageal squmous cell carcinoma. Metkods Forty-four specimens resected from patients with esophageal carcinoma were studied by immuno-histochemistry. Results Correlations between the expression of VEGF, vessel density and various clinicopathologic factors were studied. The rate of VEGF positive-expression was 58.9% in esophageal cancer, vssel density determined by immuno-staining for FactorW related antigen was significantly higher in VEGF positive tumors than in VEGF negative tumors (P<0. 05), the frequency of metastasis was significantly increased among patients with VEGF postive and vessel density higher tumors. VEGF and the amount of vessel density correlated with the poor prognosis of patients. Concluslon The expression of wiGF and the amount of vessel density may be useful parameter in predicting the prognosis of patients with esopheal carclnoma.
