摘  要:讨论了影响螺杆塑化能力的工艺参数及几何参数,根据竹粉/PP木塑复合材料特点对熔体模型赋予材料特性。在此基础上,应用ADINA流体分析模块对塑化段流体模型进行数值模拟,并对分析结果进行比较分析和讨论,以研究竹粉/PP复合材料在螺杆中的塑化性能,从而寻得塑化木塑复合材料螺杆的最优参数。The process parameters and geometric parameters which influencing the plasticizing capacity was discussed, and material behavior was gave to melt model according to the characteristics of the bamboo powder/PP. On basis of above, the fluid analysis module of ADINA was used to do the numerical simulation of the fluid model for plasticity segment, also the results were analysed and discussed,in order to research the plasticizing feature of bamboo powder/PP in the screw. Thus the optimal parameters of the screw which were used for plasticizing the WPC materials could be seek out.
