准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术后前弹力层缺失对眼压读数的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术（ＰＲＫ） 后前弹力层缺失与眼压读数下降值之间的相关性。 方法　以ＰＲＫ 手术８７ 眼为实验组，准分子激光原位角膜磨削术（ＬＡＳＩＫ） 手术７６ 眼为对照组，检测术前及术后眼压、角膜厚度、角膜屈光力，分析两组间眼压读数下降有无差别。 结果　去除两组术后角膜厚度、角膜屈光力的改变对眼压读数的影响，ＰＲＫ 和ＬＡＳＩＫ 组眼压读数下降无显著性差异（ Ｐ＞ ０ ．０５） 。 结论　ＰＲＫObjectiveTo investigate the correlation between absence of Bowman’s membrane and reduction in IOP readings after photorefractive keratectomy(PRK).Methods87 eyes that had undergone PRK were chosen as experimental group,76 eyes that had undergone laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK)as control group.The IOP,corneal thickness,corneal refractive power were measured.IOP reading reduction between two groups were analyzed.ResultsThe effects of the reduction in corneal thickness,reduction in corneal refractive power on reduction in IOP readings having been gotten rid of,there is no significant difference between PRK group and LASIK group( P> 0.05 ).ConclusionThe absence of Bowman’s membrane after PRK can not result in further reduction in IOP.
