摘　　要：随着抗生素和糖皮质激素的广泛应用，真菌性角膜病的发病率逐年增高。致病真菌种类繁多，临床表现复杂，发病机制不清，抗真菌药物通透性差，使真菌性角膜病成为眼科治疗的一大难题。就真菌性角膜病的发病率，病原体，实验动物模型，发病机制，病理变化以及手术治疗的研究现状等方面进行讨论。With extensive use of antibiotics and corticosteroids,the prevalence of keratomycosis increased gradually.Keratomycosis has been a very difficult problem in management,because of many fungal species,complicated clinical features,unclear pathogenesis and poor permeable eye drops.New views on prevalence,pathogen,animal model,pathogenesis,pathology and surgery suggest that we should place emphasis on fundamental studies.
