摘 要:目的 探讨急性单核细胞白血病(M5)的免疫表型特征及其诊断价值。方法 采用一组系列相关单克隆抗体和流式细胞术及间接免疫荧光技术对60 例FAB分型拟诊为M5 的患者进行免疫表型分析。结果 4 例诊断为急性巨核细胞白血病,5 例为急性淋巴细胞白血病;51 例最后诊断为M5 的患者中,免疫分型显示8% 裸型,49% 表达CD34 ,髓系标志以CD13 表达最高,其次为CD33 和CD14,分别有24 % 和18% 的患者表达T 系和B系相关抗原。Objective To explore the immunophenotypic feature of acute monocytic leukemia(M5) and its diagnostic significance. Methods A panel of lineage associated monoclonal antibodies and flow cytometric immunofluorescence technique were used to immunophenotype 60 cases with FAB diagnosed M5. Results Combining with immunophenotype, 4 and 5 cases were diagnosed as acute megakaryocytic leukemia and acute lymphoblastic leukemia respectively, and 51 cases were finally diagnosed as M5. Of the 51 cases with M5,immunophenotype showed that 8% was nude,49% expressed CD34,as for the myeloid markers, CD13 were more frequently expressed,then CD33 and CD14. T and B lineage associated antigens were expressed in 24% and 18%,respectively. Conclution Immunophenotyping was important for the diagnosis of acute monocytic leukemia.
