摘　　要：目的探讨pGSK-3β表达对非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者预后的影响。方法采用免疫组化方法检测pGSK-3β在111例NSCLC患者肺癌组织中的表达,分析阳性表达同其它临床病理因素的关系,并结合年龄、性别、肿瘤分型分期等临床资料进行预后分析。结果 pGSK-3β在NSCLC组织的表达阳性率为53.15%(59/111),其表达在肺腺癌中阳性率最高,同鳞癌等其他类型的NSCLC相比结果具显著性差异(P=0.009)。阳性表达pGSK-3β的部分患者平均中位生存时间明显缩短(45.000vs63.77,P=0.005),结合其它对预后有显著影响的临床因素进行多因素预后分析显示,pGSK-3β阳性表达为独立预后的危险因素(风险比2.012,P=0.015)。结论 pGSK-3β阳性表达可作为NSCLC独立预后的危险因素。Objective To explore the correlation between pGSK-3 β expression and prognosis in non-small cell lung cancer （ NSCLC ）. Methods Total 111 patients were enrolled in this prognosis analysis, lmmunohistoehemical staining assay was used to detect the expression of pGSK-3 β in NSCLC. The correlation between the expression of pGSK-3 and various clinical charac-teristics were analyzed using chi-square test, and correlation between pGSK-3β expression and prog-nosis were analyzed with Kaplan-Merier analysis and Cox regression analysis. Results Expression of pGSK-3β was found in cytoplasm in NSCLC and positive rate was 53. 15% （59/111）. Among adenocarcinoma pGSK-3β was over expressed than other type of NSCLC （ P = 0. 009 ） . The patients with positive pGSK-3β expression had obviously shorter survival time than those with negative pGSK-3β expression ones（ median survival time 45. 000 vs 63.77, P = 0. 005 ）. Additionally using cox regression model, positive expression of pGSK-3 β was independent predictor for poor prognosis in NSCLC （HR 2. 012, P = 0.015 ）. Conclusions The positive expression of pGSK-3β is novel independent risk factor for poor prognosis in NSCLC.
