摘 要:近年来,运输类飞机适航条例围绕飞机的持续适航和使用要求发生了了许多重要改变,给我国发展中的大型客机的通航审定带来新的课题。为此,本文首先介绍了适航条例关于运输类飞机金属结构广布疲劳损伤(WFD)要求的演变背景;然后,根据适航条例的最新修正案和咨询通报最新要求,阐述了新设计飞机的WFD评定、使用限制、检查门槛值和维修措施的制定步骤,并且提出了对WFD的概念及WFD评定与疲劳/损伤容限评定的关系的理解和思考,建议国内加强WFD评定的学术和工程发展研究,为大型客机设计和适航符合性验证提供依据。Significant changes have arisen recently in FAA standards for the continued airworthiness and operations of transport category airplanes, which brings new challenge to the developing large Chinese airliner applying for type certification. The background of widespread fatigue damage (WFD) requirements in airworthiness regulation for transport category airplanes metallic structures are introduced and the procedure of the WFD assessment for the new type designs and the determination of their operational limits, inspection thresholds and maintenance tasks are described. The author is also sharing his understanding to the WFD concept and the relationship between WFD evaluation and fatigue/damage tolerance evaluation. Suggestions are put forward to enhance the research of the testing and analytical means as well as the engineering development for the WFD evaluation, in order to provide evidence and basis for the large civil aircraft design demonstrating compliance to applicable regulations.
