疏血通治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察疏血通在治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法将48例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,对照组24例,施以基础治疗;观察组24例,在基础治疗的基础再给予疏血通注射液的静脉注射,两周后观察两组患者的治疗效果,按照患者的预后、血糖控制情况、并发症发生现象进行比较。结果观察组预后显效有效率明显高于对照组,并发症发生明显低于对照组,经P值计算差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏血通具有抗凝、溶栓、降低血糖的作用,对急性脑梗死治疗及预后有很大作用,且安全有效。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effection of Shuxuetong injection in acute cerebral infarction.Methods 48 acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into two groups： 24 patients in control group were in the basis of conventional therapy,24 patients in therapeutic group were in at the basis of conventional therapy plus treatment with Shuxuetong injected.Other therapies were the same.Results There were significantly differences in therapeutic effection between two groups,the prognosis in therapeutic group is better than control group.（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Shuxuetong injection can produce definitively therapeutic effect in acute cerebral infarction.
