摘  要:目的通过观察细胞程序性死亡ProgrammedcelldeathPCD在腭突发育及腭裂形成中的差异相关基因bcl-2的表达探讨两者在腭裂发生中的意义方法利用建立的腭裂模型用原位末端转移酶标记、原位杂交技术检测PCD的发生和bcl-2基因表达变化结果实验组小鼠在腭突垂直生长期、上抬期中PCD明显多于对照组p<0.01且bcl-2的表达相应增高两者之间具有密切的相关性p<0.Aim:To investigate the differentiation of the programmed cell death in developmental plalate and in the formation of cleft palate.Methods:TUNEL and in situ hybridization staining was used to detect the expression of the related gene bcl-2 in this study.Results:In the early development of palate process the positive index PCD was significantly higher in experimental group than in control group(p<0.01)and so was the expression of bcl-2.Conclusions:The regulation of PCD was in a complicated network.The biological features and destination of mesenchymal cell of palate process was regulated by bcl-2 related gene and other related.
