摘　　要：目的研究唇裂±腭裂中各发病因素的作用方法对2531例唇裂±腭裂患者的临床资料进行详细调查与分析结果单纯性唇裂1452例唇裂伴腭裂1079例有确切遗传史者为204例占8.1%有服药史者怀孕初期为831例占32.Objective:To study the factors leading to the cleft lip(CL) or the cleft lip with cleft palate(CLP) and the types of them Methods:2531 patients with the CL or CLP were surveyed and their clinic data were analysed. Results:The CL accounted for 1452 cases and the CLP 1079 cases.204 cases(8.1%) had definitive genetic factor. Administering medicine was seen in 831 cases(32.8%) and was the major environmental factor.Conclusions:The cause of the CL or CLP is complicated.The cooperation of the genetic factor and environmental factors plays vital role in developing of the disease.
