三维适形放射治疗9例颅底脊索瘤的临床分析

摘　　要：目的评估三维适形放射治疗对颅底脊索瘤的疗效。方法对9例颅底脊索瘤患者进行三维适形放射治疗,3例单纯放疗,6例术后放疗,放疗剂量65～70 cGy/次,32～35 F,61 Gg/2～7周。结果对病例全部随访,至少4年,最长9年,有效率为77.8%(7/9),复发率44.4%(4/9),3年生存率77.8%(7/9),5年生存率55.6%(5/9)。近、远期均未见不良反应,结论单纯三维适形放射治疗或手术后三维适形放射治疗对颅底脊索瘤均有效,术后放疗效果可能更好。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of radiotherapy for patients with chordoma of the skull base.Methods The application of three dimension conformal radiotherapy（3D-CRT） in treatment of 9 cases of chordoma of the skull base,3 of them were treated with radiotherapy,and 6 cases were treated with postoperative radiotherapy.The dosage of radiotherapy was 65~70 Gy/time,32~35F,for 61/2~7 weeks.Results Local control rate was 77.8%,local recurrence rate was 44.4%,3 year survival rate was 77.8 %,and 5-year survival rate was 55.6 %.Conclusion Postoperative radiotherapy or simple radiotherapy is a good method for treatment of patients with chordoma of the skull base.
