肝硬化患者血红蛋白释放试验明显异常

摘　　要：目的利用血红蛋白释放试验对肝硬化患者血液标本进行比较研究。方法对化验室38例检测凝血酶原的全血标本进行筛查,发现一例反常标本,回查大生化全项,发现它是肝功多项异常的肝硬化、腹水标本。在此基础上,从上述38个标本中取一例肝功正常的标本,对比之下做等低渗全程试验和双向双层对角线电泳。结果与对照标本相比,肝硬化标本的等低渗全程试验和双向双层对角线电泳明显不同。结论肝硬化患者血液标本的血红蛋白释放试验结果明显异常。Objective To make comparative study on blood samples with hemoglobin release test（HRT） in patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods In screening thirty-eight clinical samples for prothrombin,one abnormal sample was picked out.Re-examination of results of its biochemical tests,multi-indexes of liver function were abnormal.The patient was diagnosed as liver cirrhosis accompanied with ascites.Based on these information,one sample with almost normal liver function tests was picked out.These two samples were compared with isotonic-hypotonic full distance test and bidirection-bilayer diagonal electrophoresis.Results The result of sample with liver cirrhosis was quite different from that of control in isotonic-hypotonic full distance test and bidirection-bilayer diagonal electrophoresis.Conclusion The result of blood sample for HRT from patient with liver cirrhosis is obviously abnormal.
