摘　　要：目的探讨脑干血管母细胞瘤的手术治疗效果。方法脑干血管母细胞瘤患者共12例,均行显微外科手术切除。结果本组患者均恢复正常工作生活,随访未见肿瘤复发。结论通过充分的术前影像学评估,细致的显微外科手术操作及围手术期严密监护治疗,脑干血管母细胞瘤手术治疗效果良好。Objective To explore the effectiveness of surgical treatment for brainstem hemangioblastoma.Methods Twelve patients with brainstem hemangioblastoma were operated by microsurgery.Results All patients were restored to their normal life after surgery,with no recurrence during the follow-up period.Conclusion Through the sufficient preoperative imaging evaluation,detailed microsurgical procedures and intensive care and treatment during perioperative period,the therapeutic efficacy for brainstem hemangioblastoma is good.
