磷酸氯喹联合复方甘草酸苷治疗OLP的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:比较磷酸氯喹与磷酸氯喹及复方甘草酸苷联合应用治疗口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)的疗效。方法:将88例OLP患者随机分入实验组和对照组,实验组联合使用磷酸氯喹和复方甘草酸苷进行治疗,对照组单独使用磷酸氯喹。连续治疗3个月,观察记录损害部位、面积、疼痛程度及不良反应等指标,通过定量和定性两种方法对结果进行评价。结果:定量评价表明,实验组对于糜烂、充血型损害的愈合有效,对照组对糜烂、充血型损害治疗无效。两组之间疗效具有统计学差异;对于斑纹型损害,两组均有明显的疗效,但是两组疗效没有统计学差异。定性评价表明,实验组有效率(86.84%)高于对照组(64.52%),两组具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组之间的不良反应发生率无统计学差异。结论:磷酸氯喹联合使用复方甘草酸苷对于充血糜烂型OLP损害的疗效,优于单独使用磷酸氯喹。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of compound glycyrrhizin （CG） combining with chloroquine （CQ） on treating Oral Lichen Planus （OLP）. Method： Eighty eight patients with OLP were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The experiment group was treated with the combination of chloroquine and compound glycyrrhizin,and the control group was treated with chloroquine alone. The related index was observed and recorded after a consecutive treatment of 3 months, then evaluated the results with quantitative and qualitative methods. Result： The treatment in experimental group was more effective for the erosion, congestion type of lesion, while in control group, it was ineffective. The efficacy rate between the two groups was statistically different, two groups both had a significant effect in the stripe-type lesion, but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant. The efficacy rate in experimental group was statistically higher than that in control group. Adverse events showed no significant difference between two groups. Conclusion：The combined compound glycyrrhizin can significantly enhance the effect in congestion and erosive lesion.
