中职教师休闲体育活动与生活质量关系的实证研究——以珠三角为例

摘　　要：通过文献资料法、调查问卷法、数理统计法及逻辑推理分析等方法,对珠三角中职体育教师经常参加休闲体育活动与不经常参加体育活动人群的生活质量进行分析。通过研究了解珠三角中职教师休闲体育活动与生活质量的关系。研究结果表明:休闲体育活动对生活质量存在正向相关影响,尤其对中职教师业余活动、缓解精神压力、增加积极情感、提高身体活动能力等因子的相关性较为密切。休闲体育活动是一种提高珠三角中职教师生活质量的一个重要因素。Through using the method of literature review, investigation, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper analyzed the life quality of teachers from higher vocational schools in the Pearl River Delta, respectively who often participate in leisure sports activities and others who seldom do it, and figure out the relation between those physical education teachers and their life quality. The result shows that leisure sports activity has positively influence on life quality. Especially, leisure sports activity correlates closely with stress reduction, increase of positive emotion and activity ability, etc. Therefore, leisure sport activity plays a significant role in improving the life quality of higher vocational teachers in the Pearl River Delta.
