摘　　要：目的探讨Survivin蛋白在膀胱尿路上皮肿瘤中的表达规律及与肿瘤细胞增殖和凋亡之间的关系。方法膀胱尿路上皮肿瘤患者100例,其中低度恶性潜能乳头状尿路上皮肿瘤15例,非浸润性低级别尿路上皮癌22例,非浸润性高级别尿路上皮癌25例,浸润性尿路上皮癌38例;另取10例非膀胱肿瘤患者膀胱黏膜做对照。采用免疫组化方法检测Survivin蛋白和增殖细胞核抗原的表达及末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶介导的脱氧三磷酸尿苷缺口末端标记法进行细胞凋亡率检测。结果 Survivin蛋白在不同级别的膀胱尿路上皮肿瘤表达率有差异,且阳性表达率逐渐增高。结论 Survivin蛋白在膀胱尿路上皮肿瘤的发生与进展过程中可能发挥重要作用,与肿瘤细胞的增殖与凋亡发生有一定关系。Objective To study the survivin expression in urothelial tumor of bladder with different malignant level and relationship with the occurrence of cell apoptosis and proliferation.Methods 100 patients suffered from urothelial tumor of bladder were included in this experiment,15 cases were PUNLMP,22 cases were LGPUC,25 cases were HGPUC,38 cases were IUC.Ten normal specimens of specimens of mucous membrane of urinary bladder were included in the normal control group.The expression of survivin and PCNA were detected with immunohistochemistry staining.The occurrence of cell apoptosis was detected with TUNEL staining.Results The expression of survivin in urothelial tumor of bladder was different and gradually advancing in extent.Conclusion The expression of surviving may be play an important role in the occurrence and progression of urothelial tumor of bladder and has relationship with cell proliferation and apoptosis.
