摘　　要：目的观察比较不同时机治疗外部性脑积水(EH)的疗效。方法将外部性脑积水患儿90例随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例,治疗组在发病6个月内开始治疗,对照组在发病6个月后开始治疗。观察2组临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组,2组均无明显不良反应。结论外部性脑积水需要早期查明病因、早期干预、早期采取有效治疗,这是促进本病痊愈的关键性措施。Objective To observe the effect of different timing of treatment of external hydrocephalus（EH）.Methods 90 cases of external hydrocephalus were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group started treatment within 6 months the incidence of control group patients started treatment 6 months after onset.Results The effect of group therapy was better than the control group and there was no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion Early identification of the cause,early intervention and early effective treatment are the key to promote healing of external hydrocephalus.
