实习护生职业防护知识的认知调查及培训

摘　　要：目的了解实习护生岗前对职业防护知识的认知情况,探讨有效的培训方法。方法采用自行设计的职业防护知识调查问卷,对218名护生进行培训前后的调查,对护生培训前后职业防护知识知晓率进行统计分析。结果培训前护生的标准预防、职业暴露和职业防护知识平均知晓率低,分别为22.02%、37.16%、48.24%,培训后平均知晓率分别升至93.69%、94.04%、93.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论开展实习护生岗前职业防护知识认知调查及培训,有利于提高护生的职业防护意识,防止职业危害的发生,为护生顺利完成实习任务打下坚实基础。OBJECTIVE To probe into the probationer nursesr cognition of occupational protection and explore the effective protection training method. METHODS A total of 218 probationer nurses were selected and surveyed with self-designed questionnaires before and after pre-job training, and the awareness rate of the knowledge of occupational protection was analyzed, RESULTS Before training, the average awareness rates of standard precaution, occupational exposure and occupational protection knowledge were 22. 02%, 37.16% and 48. 24% respectively. After training, the average awareness were risen to 93.69%, 94.04% and 93.23%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION Carrying out the survey and pre-job training ab＇out probationer nurses＇ knowledge of occupational protection has the benefit of enhancing the awareness of occupational protection, keeping from happening of occupational hazard, and laying a solid foundation for completing their internship tasks successfully.
