摘 要:为提高三维面型检测的效率和精度,研究了利用激光雷达对三维复杂型面进行扫描测量的技术。首先介绍了激光雷达测量系统的工作原理,然后对激光雷达测量技术的关键技术——转站技术和定标技术做了详细的研究,采用工具球以提高定标精度,并利用转站技术对标准环进行转站测量和坐标变换。最后对复杂面型进行了三维扫描测量,并利用软件对激光雷达获取的三维点云数据进行重建,并对其精度做了理论分析。结果表明,激光雷达技术在测量精度、测量效率、自动化程度等方面具有明显的优点,可以实现对三维复杂型面的精密测量。To enhance the measurement efficiency and accuracy of three dimensional complex surfaces, the technology of precision measurement on 3D complex surface by using laser radar was studied in this paper. Firstly, working principle of the laser radar measuring system was introduced. And then, the frog jump technology and calibration technology, which were critical technology of laser radar measurement technology, were studied in detail, and the toolingball was used to enhance the accuracy of the calibration technology. The frog jump technology and coordinate transform were used to measure a standard circle. Finally, complex surface was scanned, 3D point clouds were reconstructed by software, and measurement accuracy was analyzed. It shows that the laser radar technology has obvious advantages in accuracy, efficiency, automation and data processing. It can make precision measurement of the 3D complex surfaces effectively.
