摘　　要：目的探讨脑电图(EEG)在一氧化碳中毒后迟发脑病(DEACMP)患者预后判断的应用价值。方法对82例DEACMP患者的脑电图进行监测,并对脑电图结果进行评定分级,并分析EEG分级与患者预后的关系。结果 EEG分级低者预后相对较好。结论脑电图可作为急性一氧化碳中毒后迟发性脑病患者预后评估的一项重要指标。Objective To study the value of eleetorncephalogram（EEG） in the prognosis of delayed encephalopathy after CO poisoning（DEACMP）. Methods To classify the 82 cases of EEG and to judge the relationship between the classification and the prognosis of delayed encephalopathy after CO poisoning. Results EEG changes were consistent with the prognosis of delayed encephalopathy after CO poisoning. Conclusion EEG is used as an important index in prognosis evaluation of delayed encephalopathy after CO poisoning
