摘 要:根据仪表盒拉深件的技术要求,分析了浮动切边模的结构组成、工作原理以及主要部件的作用,详细说明了对切边时浮动凹模应有具体动作的设计,并根据这些动作研究了冲床滑块与浮动凹模行程关系,由此设计出控制浮动凹模运动的浮动切边模的关键零件——导轨。利用斜楔的工作原理变浮动凹模竖直方向的相对运动为水平方向前后左右4个方向的切边运动,大大简化了模具的结构,并保证了拉深件的质量。Based on the instrumentation box drawing technology demand,the structure,working principle and key part's functions of floating trimming die were analyzed.The design of floating female die's motion was introduced in detail.According to the motions,the travel relationship between the punch side and the floating female was studied.Then the die's key part(the guideway) that controled the motion of floating female die was designed.Using the principle of slanting wedge,the vertical direction relative movement of floating female die was changed to the all-around horizontal direction trimming movement.So the die's structure is simplified,and the quality of the drawing piece is guaranteed.
