65例伴有中央颞区棘波的小儿良性癫痫(BECT)临床预后观察

摘　　要：目的总结伴有中央颞区棘波的小儿良性癫痫（BECT）临床治疗的效果。方法分析65例BECT患儿抗癫治疗后的预后和脑电图变化。结果本组发病年龄为：2-12岁60例,占总数的92%,13-14岁5例,占总数的8%。65例发病与睡眠相关。剥夺睡眠后视频脑电（V EEG）描记发现：发作间期视频脑电图有一侧或双侧中央颞区棘（尖）波。65例患儿经过治疗后临床和脑电图有三种结局：有39例临床症状消失,VEEG正常,智力正常;有17例临床症状消失,VEEG异常,智力稍微下降;9例临床症状存在,VEEG异常,智力明显下降,3例自行停药诱导发作。结论 BECT患儿正规的抗癫痫治疗反应良好,预后良好。Objective This study aimed to summarize the clinical characteristics and electroencephalographic features of BECT.Methods BECT children 65 cases were analyzed,summarized antiepileptic treatment and prognosis in children with EEG evolution.Results 65 cases from 2 years old to 12 years old consist 92% of the total cases,the other five cases are from 13 years old to 14 years old.65 patients seizures during sleep.Video EEG after sleep deprivation（VEEG） tracings found： interictal video EEG have one or both central temporal spikes（sharp） waves.65 cases of children with clinical and EEG after treatment,there are three outcomes： 39 patients with clinical symptoms have disappeared,VEEG normal,normal intelligence;There were 17 clinical symptoms disappeared,VEEG abnormal mental decline slightly;9 patients with clinical symptoms exist,VEEG Abnormalities,decreased intelligence,self-withdrawal induced seizures in 3 cases.Conclusion BECT regular anti-epileptic children with good response to treatment,prognosis is good.
