摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道电汽化术加术后膀胱灌注治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的疗效。方法采用TVBt治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤31例,术后定期使用吡柔比星膀胱腔内灌注化疗。结果 31例患者成功实施TVBt。手术时间单发肿瘤9-30 min,多发肿瘤30-90 min,平均40 min。31例随访6个月-2年,平均1年,肿瘤复发8例。结论经尿道电汽化治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤具有手术简单、损伤小、出血少、恢复快等优点。Objective To evaluate the effects of transurethral vaporization of bladder tumors（TVBt） combined with bladder irrigation chemotherapy.Methods 31 patients of superficial bladder cancer are treated with TVBt and THP bladder irrigation after surgery.Results The average duration of TVBt for single tumor was 21 min（9 to 30 min） and for multiple tumors was 63 min（30 to 90 min）.Acording to an average 1 year follow-up ranging from 6-24 months,8 cases relapsed into bladder tumor.Conclusion The treatment of TVBt combined with bladder instillation with THP for superficial bladder cancer is simple,less damage,less bleeding,recovering fast.
