西帕依固龈液对牙龈卟啉单胞菌体外抑菌作用的研究

摘　　要：目的比较西帕依固龈液、氢氧化钙和次氯酸钠在体外对牙龈卟啉单胞菌的抑菌杀菌作用,为临床推广使用西帕依固龈液提供实验依据。方法①采用液体稀释法药敏实验检测西帕依固龈液对牙龈卟啉单胞菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。②采用液体扩散法比较观察西帕依固龈液、氢氧化钙和次氯酸钠对牙龈卟啉单胞菌抑菌圈大小。结果①西帕依固龈液对牙龈卟啉单胞菌的MIC和MBC分别为5mg/mL和10 mg/mL。②比较5 mg/mL和10 mg/mL西帕依固龈液与5 mg/mL次氯酸钠对牙龈卟啉单胞菌的抑菌作用,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。5 mg/mL西帕依固龈液与3 mg/mL氢氧化钙、20 mg/mL的西帕依固龈液与5 mg/mL次氯酸钠对牙龈卟啉单胞菌的抑菌作用,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在体外抑菌实验中,选择合适的浓度,西帕依固龈液对牙龈卟啉单胞菌的抑菌作用可以与氢氧化钙和次氯酸钠相当。[Objectives] Comparing the bacteriostatie and bactericidal action of Xipayi mouth rinse, calcium hydroxide and sodium hypoehlorite on Porphyromonas gingivalis in vitro, the paper aims at providing the evidence for the clinical use of the Xipayi mouth nnse. [Methods] The liquid dilution method was used to examine the minimal inhibitmy concentration （MIC） and minimal bactericidal concentration （MBC） of Xipayi mouth rinse on Porphyromonas gingivalis. The diameter of bacteriostatic zones on Porphyromonas gingivalis of Xipayi mouth rinse was compared with calcium hydroxide and sodium hypoehlorite by liquid diffusion tech- nique. [Results] Xipayi mouth rinse had the bacteriostatic action on Porphyromonas gingivalis when its con- centration is mote than 5 mg/mL. The bacteriostatic action of 0.5% sodium hypochlorite was more effective than that of 5 mg/mL and 10 mg/mL xipayi mouth rinse （P〈0.05）. The bacteriostatic action of group 5 mg/mL Xipayi mouth rinse and 3.0 mg/mL calcium hydroxide and group 20 mg/mL Xipayi mouth rinse showed no significant statistical difference （P〉0.05）. [Conclusions] The bacteriostatie action on Porphyromonas gingivalis of Xipayi mouth rinse in certain concentration had the same effect with that of calcium hydroxide and sodium hypochlorite.
