摘　　要：文章在系统描述高校人事管理流程与各科室职责的基础上,结合人事管理规范与信息化建设需要,尝试设计基于.NET平台的高校人事管理系统与部署方案,并给出系统关键技术的实现原型,从而为实现高校人事管理与服务的科学高效和优质便捷提供参考。This paper first introduces the college ,personnel management procedure and the duties of each section office, and in view of the standards of personnel management and the demands of informatization construction, a college personnel management system and an implementation scheme based on, NET are designed. The implementation prototype of the key technology of the system is also given. The study is valuable for realizing the scientific, efficient and convenient college personnel management and service.
