摘  要:针对山区农村公路交通事故率高、事故烈度大这一现象,通过一种评价方法对山区农村公路进行安全等级评价,以指导相关部门合理地将有限的安保资金用于最需要进行安全改善的危险路段。根据对山区农村公路的调研(主要以万州区、长寿区、武隆区这三个以山区为主要地貌的重庆辖区)所获取的数据进行研究分析,采用加权分析法确定了山区农村公路交通安全评价指标、指标系数及其分值,并通过对安全度的计算划分出山区农村公路的安全等级;最后以万州万家沟水库路段为例进行案例分析,以安全度中评价指标分值较低的指标作为对道路设施进行改造的对象,提高了案例中路段的安全等级,从而验证了评价方法的实用性。Aiming at high accident rate and intensity in mountainous rural highway, an evaluation method is researched to make out the safety grade evaluation about these roads. This evaluation method could guide related departments to use the limited security protection funds reasonably into the most nee- ded risk highway based on safety improvement. According to the research and analysis about mountainous rural highway (mainly in mountainous area of Wanzhou, Changshou, and Wulong districts in Chongqing City), the mountainous rural highway's traffic safety evaluation index, index coefficient and its score value are made out through weighted analysis. And the safety degrees of mountainous rural highway are divided by safety degree calculation. At the end, taking Wanjiagou reservoir road section in Wanzhou district as an example, the road infrastructure with lower evaluation index score will be the improved object. And after transformation, the safety of Wanjiagou reservoir road section is improved, thus the practicality of evalua- tion is verified by this case.
