摘  要:对于含分布式电源的新型配电网,分布式电源出力的不确定性是影响其故障恢复及自愈的关键因素。为此,文中引入区间数以描述负荷容量和分布式电源出力的不确定性。在此基础上,结合系统备用容量限制与负荷容量分布对故障恢复的影响,提出了基于区间潮流分析的联络开关最优割点计算方法,以及含分布式电源配电网的故障恢复快速算法。该算法通过比较各联络开关的最优割点来确定其操作次序,在充分利用联络线路转供容量的同时,能够计及分布式电源出力和负荷容量不确定性对用户供电的影响。实际算例的仿真分析验证了文中所述方法的有效性。For distribution systems with distribution generations (DGs), uncertain outputs of DGs are the key factor affects distribution system's service restoration and self-healing. As thus, the DG output and load are described as intervals and an interval load flow based method to calculate the optimal cut-point of tie switches is present. The effects of backup capacity limitation and load distribution on restoration is also considered in the method. A heuristic algorithm for the restoration of distributed systems with DGs is formulated to determine the closing order of the tie switches by optimum cut point calculation. The backup capacity can be fully utilized by this algorithm and the effects of uncertain loads and DG outputs on service restoration can be included. The proposal algorithm is highly valuable for engineering applications. Case studies using a real network is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. ©2011 State Grid Electric Power Research Institute Press.
