摘 要:动车组测力轮对是在原有轮对基础上改造而成,主要在幅板上增加了一些孔结构,为保证检测车的运行安全,其疲劳强度分析尤为重要。国际铁路联盟组织的UIC 510—5的整体车轮验收标准规定了车轮疲劳强度的校验方法,以此为依据,在考虑轮轴过盈配合影响的基础上建立测力轮对有限元模型,分析测力轮对在改造前、改造后以及单边半磨耗三种工况下开孔部位的应力分布。根据不同部位的应力分布数据,按照车轮疲劳强度计算方法得到车轮幅板危险点的疲劳应力,最后使用车轮静强度标准以及Goodman疲劳极限图对测力轮对的疲劳寿命进行评价。结果表明,改造后的测力轮对开孔部位疲劳寿命降低,但是在使用寿命期内不会萌生裂纹。The instrumented wheelset is made by altering the wheelset of EMU(electric multiple unit).A few holes are added to the web plates of the instrumented wheelset which is different from the original wheelset.In order to ensure safe operation of railway vehicles,the fatigue strength analysis of the instrumented wheelset is particularly important.On the basis of the fatigue strength inspection method specified in UIC 510—5,considering the influence of shrink fit between the wheel and the axle,the FE(finite element) model is put forward.Using the model,the stress distribution of the origin wheel,the instrumented wheel and the wear instrumented wheel are analyzed respectively.The fatigue stresses around the holes of the plate are found through calculation with the numerical results analyzed by the FE model.The fatigue analysis results are estimated by using the static strength standard and Goodman diagram.The results show that the life of the instrumented wheel is shorter than that of the origin wheel of EMU train due to the hole-punch on the web,but it meets the requirement of fatigue strength in its service life.
