摘  要:主要阐述了当今先进制粉工艺中的强化清粉系统。强化清粉系统具有清粉范围更宽、清粉道数更多、"同质合并"更为严格,清粉流程更为合理等特点;强化清粉系统必须有强化的粉路设置相匹配,同时必须满足高效清粉的条件,从而保证最大限度地为心磨系统提供数量更多、精度更高的纯净胚乳颗粒,为提高小麦粉的白度、精度及高精度小麦粉的出率创造条件。We mainly described the intensified purification system of modern advanced flour milling. This intensified purification system was wider in its purification range,had more numbers of purification, was more strict in"the same quality merger"and more reasonable in its purification process. The intensified purification system should match the intensified flour mill flow settings, and fulfilled the requirements of efficient purification as well. Thus it provided pure endosperm particles of larger number and higher purity to the maximum for the reduction system, so as to set the terms for the improvement of the whiteness, purity and the extraction of flour.
