摘　　要：目的　观察人体位改变对脑阻抗血流图各参数的影响。方法　应用阻抗测试仪描记 90人静息状态下坐、卧位时的脑阻抗血流图并测量出图形特征参数值。通过性别、年龄分组 ,计算每组受检者不同体位 9个指标的平均值及标准差 ,建成参考值范围表。对坐、卧位各参数值行配对t检验。结果　坐及卧位所测枕乳和额乳的大部分参数存在显著性差异。结论　在临床实验中应注意体位改变对实验结果的影响。Objective To study influence of position change on parameters of rheoencephalography.Method This study recorded the rheoencephalography of 90 people in both sitting and supine positions in resting via rheoencephalography.We classified all the results into several groups by sex,age and position,and the means and standard deviations of each group were worked out.The parameters in each rheoencephalography were worked out by the equipment and they were analyzed statistically between sitting and supine positions.Results The result showed that the position change influenced the parameters significantly.Conclusions We suggest that in clinical practice,the doctors should pay much attention to positions while doing the test.
