两种性激素对黄鳝性腺发育的影响

摘　　要：以黄鳝(Monopterus albus Zuiew)为对象,研究了不同剂量的雌三醇和甲基睾酮对其性腺发育的影响。结果显示,雌三醇可延缓黄鳝的性逆转,其延缓性逆转的适宜药物浓度约为10μg/g;甲基睾酮可促使黄鳝卵巢的败育速度加快,其促使黄鳝提前性逆转的适宜药物浓度约为90μg/g。The effects of gonadal hormones to the gonadal development were investigated in the rice field eel Monopterus albus using different concentrations of estriol and methyl testosterone.The results showed that estriol could delay the sex reversal of M.albus,and its appropriate concentration was about 10 μg/g.Methyl testosterone could stimulate the ovary degeneration of M.albus,and the appropriate concentration which could accelerate the sex reversal of M.albus was about 90 μg/g.
