摘　　要：高职生的全面健康发展是高职教育追求的目标。高职生"四成"教育体系出于对当前高职生成长现状出现的问题,以"成长"、"成人"、"成才"、"成功"四个基本范畴为主体,分析了高职生全面发展的内涵和要求,为该体系自身的构建和发展奠定了基础。The comprehensive and healthy development of vocational students is the target of the vocational education. This article analyzes the contents and requirements of the comprehensive and healthy development of vocational students in the vocational four success education system, according to the four problems on the growth of vocational students that are to be grown-up, to be mature, to be talent and to be successful. By doing so, the system＇s foundation has been built and is going to be developed.
