摘　　要：目的探讨弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(diffuse large B-cell lymphoma,DLBCL)中CD10、BCL-6和MUM1的表达及临床病理意义。方法对60例弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤标本行HE和免疫组化染色观察,并复习文献。结果 60例DLBCL中CD10、BCL-6和MUM1的阳性表达率分别为16.67%(10/60)、46.67%(28/60)和70.17%(43/60)。其中生发中心型(GCB)9例(15%),非生发中心型(non-GCB)51例(85%)。CD10、BCL-6和MUM1在生发中心亚型和非生发中心亚型中的表达具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 CD10、BCL-6和MUM1在DL-BCL亚型分类中具有重要意义,其表达对判断患者预后及指导临床治疗提供重要指标。Objective To investigate the expression of CD10,BCL-6 and MUM1 protein in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma（DLBCL）.Methods Immunohistochemistry staining and histopathologic observation were used to assess the expression levels of CD10,BCL-6 and MUM1protein in 60 cases of DLBCL.Results The level of CD10,BCL-6 and MUM1protein was 16.67%（10/60）,46.67%（28/60）and 70.17%（43/60） respectively.Of the 60 cases,15%（9/60）were considered GCB and 85%（51/60） were considered non-GCB.The expression levels of CD10,BCL-6 and MUM1 protein in subgroups of DLBCL were siginificant difference.Conclusions The expression of CD10,BCL-6 and MUM1 may play roles in subgroups of DLBCL.Their expression levels will contribute to predict the prognosis of the DLBCL.
