摘　　要：目的 探讨Maspin(Mammary Serpin)基因在葡萄胎组织中的表达,了解Maspin基因在葡萄胎发生发展及恶变中的作用。方法 对50例葡萄胎组织(其中8例发生恶变)及正常早孕绒毛20例(对照组)采用免疫组化链霉菌抗生物素蛋白—过氧化物酶连接(streptavidin-biotin peroxidase,SP)法,测定组织中Maspin的表达。结果 Maspin阳性表达率分别为:葡萄胎组60%(其中未恶变葡萄胎组78.6%;恶变葡萄胎组37.5%);对照组90%。葡萄胎组Maspin蛋白阳性表达率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);恶变葡萄胎组Maspin蛋白阳性表达率低于未恶变葡萄胎组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Maspin的表达下调可能在葡萄胎的发生发展中起着重要的作用,Maspin的表达可能对葡萄胎的发生及恶性转化起抑制作用。Objective To investigate the expression of Maspin in hydatidiform mole and the effect of Maspin （Mammary Serpin） on malignant transformation of hydatidiform mole. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to analyze Maspin expression in 50 cases with hydatidiform mole including 8 cases with malignant transformation of hydatidiform mole and 20 cases with normal chorion（ as control group）. Results The positive rate of Maspin staining was 60% in hydatidiform mole issues（ including 78.6% in hydatidiform mole issues without malignant and 34. 6% in malignant transformation of hydatidiform mole issues） while 90% in control group. The positive rate of Maspin staining in hydatidiform mole group was lower than that of control group and the difference was significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; In those cases with malignant transformation of hydatidiform mole, the positive rate of Maspin was significantly lower （P 〈 0. 05） than those without malignant transformation of hydatidiform mole. Conclusion The down - regulation of the Maspin expression is involved in the malignant transformation of hydatidiform mole and may play an important role in the pathogenesis of malignant transformation of hydatidiform mole.
