乳腺癌组织中survivin蛋白与C-erbB-2基因及各耐药基因表达的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨survivin在乳腺癌组织中的表达与C-erbB-2基因及各耐药基因表达的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测51例乳腺癌患者肿瘤组织中survivin与C-erbB-2及各耐药基因的表达情况。结果 51例乳腺癌组织中survivin表达的阳性率为68.63%;survivin蛋白表达在有无淋巴结转移方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在肿瘤大小及雌激素受体方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);survivin蛋白在C-erbB-2、肺耐药蛋白、胸苷酸合成酶、P-糖蛋白阳性者的阳性表达率高于C-erbB-2、肺耐药蛋白、胸苷酸合成酶、P-糖蛋白阴性者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在谷胱甘肽转移酶阳性者与阴性者间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 survivin在乳腺癌的发生发展中起一定作用;检测survivin对乳腺癌的预后分析和进一步治疗有指导意义。Objective To explore the relationship of the expression of survivin protein with C-erbB-2 and drug-resistance-associated genes in breast cancer tissues.Methods The expressions of survivin protein,C-erbB-2 gene and drug-resistance-associated genes were detected with streptavidin-peroxidase immunocytochemical assay in 51 specimens of breast carcinoma.Results The total positive rate of survivin protein was 68.63%.There was significant difference in the expression of survivin protein between lymph node metastasis and estrogen receptor levels（P0.05）,and no significant difference between the different sizes of tumor（P0.05）.The expression of survivin protein was higher in the positive expressions of C-erbB-2,lung resistance protein,thymidylate synthase and P-glycoprotein than that in the negative expression ones（P0.05）.There was no significant difference between the positive and negative expression of glutathione S-transferase（P0.05）.Conclusion Survivin protein plays an important role in the occurrence and development of breast cancer.The detection of survivin can guide the prognosis and further therapy of breast cancer.
